MEN’S DIVISION INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

FAQ's:

  • Season begins Tuesday, April 14th 2026
  • Minimum 12 Regular Season Games
  • Up to 6 Playoff Games 
  • Unlimited Drop-In Games throughout the season
  • Monday - Friday ( No weekend games & no Friday’s or Monday’s of long weekends )
  • Eagle Ridge Community Centre, Wurtele Arena, Pearkes Arena 
  • Special outdoor events at Centennial Sports Box ( Centennial Spring Series ) & Sooke Sports Box ( Sooke Summer Series )
  • Provincial & National Tournament opportunities 
  • Professional photography and live streaming with commentary on YouTube 
  • Approx. $250 - $275 per player based on roster size +  $26** ( **insurance, web, admin etc.. ) 
  • $50 Jersey / Short deposit may be required ( fully refundable )

GIRL'S PROGRAM REGISTRATION LINK:

Registration is now open for our Spring/Summer GIRLS CAN PLAY TOO program!

Starting Tuesday, May 19th, we'll be hosting two weekly sessions at Eagle Ridge Community Centre - 9 sessions per age group.

  • Tuesdays: Ages 6-10
  • Thursdays: Ages 11-16

All sessions will run 6:30-7:30pm, right before the VIBHL Women's Division hits the floor for their league games.

COSTS:

Thanks to our amazing sponsors, Coastal Ball Hockey & Knapper, registration is only $89 for all 9 sessions.

  • A $26 annual Coastal Ball Hockey membership is also required if your child isn't already registered (covers one full year from the date of registration).

Payment options:

  • Credit card: email aidan@vibhl.com to request a payment link

FAQ's:

  1. Program will only be played @ City Centre Park (Eagle Ridge Community Centre @ 1089 Langford Parkway)
  2. Space is very limited. Only 32 total Player spots and 4 Goalie spots will be available. 
  3. Each session will be from 6:30pm-7:30pm on either Tuesday or Thursday (depending on what age group)
  4. Sessions will include a 20-min skill development session followed by a 40-min light scrimmage
  5. Mandatory Equipment: hockey helmet, ice or ball hockey gloves, an ice or ball hockey stick (NOT the plastic ones), running shoes. 
  6. Recommend equipment: Helmet visor or cage, ball hockey or soccer style shin-guards
  7. All volunteers will have criminal background checks.
  8. Pinnies will be provided for all players.
  9. Goalie equipment is available for all goalies (let us know in the registration form if equipment is needed)
  10. YES! There will be secured dressing rooms for all players.
  11. Player equipment, including sticks, will be available to use/test in case anyone is in need or would like to test out certain products.
  12. We welcome ALL skill levels!
